Equipping the “First Responder”: Understanding the central role partners play and how to effectively support each other through the first source of contact.
Navigating Big Changes Together: Strategies to manage shifts in sleep, schedules, and identity while keeping your relationship a priority.
The “Out of 10” Tool: An internal framework for regular, low-pressure communication to prevent the escalation of perinatal stress.
Connecting to Support: A direct link to external support pathways, including the Talked collaboration for rapid-access counselling.
Whether you are currently expecting or navigating the early months of life with a newborn, this session provides the “logic of the referral” to help you lead your family with confidence and care.
