Uber x Red Cross Clothing Drive – Derrimut Volunteering event

October 18, 2025

9:30 am - 6:30 pm
  • 89 Derrimut Drive, Derrimut

The Uber x Red Cross Clothing Drive returns on Saturday 18th of October 2025.

City of Brimbank is 1 of 5 Melbourne Sites.

Now in its 7th year, last year’s Uber x Red Cross Clothing Drive collected nearly 90 tonnes of quality clothing and accessories. Generous donations stock Red Cross Shops, raising vital funds to support people facing disaster, hardship and crisis—here at home and beyond. This initiative also helps Australian Red Cross champion the circular economy, keeping tonnes of clothing out of landfill. We need you to volunteer! Site locations in Melbourne include Braeside, Ascot Vale, Derrimut, South Melbourne and Mount Waverley. So, join in, and give back!

Volunteer on location at the Australian Red Cross Distribution Centre, 89 Derrimut Drive, Derrimut. Uber will deliver donated clothing from all over Melbourne to five locations. Help receive and pack these items for sale in Red Cross Retail Stores, raising funds to support our essential community work. You can register using these links:
