SWISH Table Tennis 

SWISH, also known as Vision Impaired Table Tennis, is an inclusive and enjoyable activity designed for people of all abilities. Using a specially adapted table, audible ball. participants can experience the excitement of table tennis in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Whether you are living with vision impairment, supporting someone who is, or simply interested in trying a new and accessible sport, SWISH provides a fun opportunity to connect with others, build confidence, and stay active.

What to Expect

  • Come-and-try sessions suitable for beginners.
  • Friendly instruction and demonstrations from experienced facilitators.
  • Accessible equipment provided, including SWISH tables, audible balls, and bats.
  • Supportive and social atmosphere focused on participation and enjoyment.
  • Opportunities to learn the rules and develop basic skills at your own pace.
