This practical and interactive workshop supports creatives who are starting out or restarting their arts practice. Together we explore the nuts and bolts of building momentum and putting strong foundations in place.

Topics include:

The nuts and bolts of getting started or restarted
Developing sustainable systems and processes
Exploring and refining your business model
Writing a clear and compelling mission statement
Through guided exercises and discussion, participants will leave with tangible tools, clearer direction, and practical next steps.
