The Sunshine Business Awards acknowledge and reward outstanding small businesses within the Sunshine CBD and their owners, plus gives recognition of the business’s strength, stamina and business success. Proudly presented by the Sunshine Business Association and partnered with Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre and Aussie Home Loans Sunshine, these bi-annual awards take place from the 1st – 30th June 2026 with 15 lucky winners.

These awards give our customers and supporters the chance to vote for their favourite STAR small business via our website and social media and businesses have the opportunity to vote for business peers and neighbours. Only 4 weeks to vote starting Monday 1st June till Tuesday 30th June 2026, with the winners announced at a gala business networking event in Sunshine on Tuesday 14th July, in Sunshine.

There are 15 Business Categories. The business with the greatest number of votes in each category will win $1,000 cash plus a Marketing and Business Development voucher.

$24,500 worth of prizes in cash and marketing/business development is being given back to our Sunshine businesses that are within the Sunshine CDB and are Special Rate payers or associate members.

Every vote placed has a chance to win one of four $500 gift vouchers to spend in Sunshine at their favourite business. All voting will be via our website – www.sunshinebusiness.com.au
