Step into the timeless elegance of Overnewton Castle, a stunning Scottish baronial-style homestead set amidst four acres of manicured gardens with breathtaking valley views. Built in 1849 and heritage-listed, this grand estate offers a unique glimpse into the past, featuring original fixtures, exquisite architecture, and immaculately preserved rooms rich in history.

Indulge in the ultimate old-world charm with a traditional High Tea or Devonshire Tea experience, served in the Grand Ballroom, Garden View Verandah, or Sherry Room. Enjoy a delightful selection of sweet and savoury pastries, classic finger sandwiches, and freshly baked scones in a truly grand setting.

Enhance your visit with a guided tour of the castle’s ground floor, available on all High Tea service days. Led by our knowledgeable staff, the tour provides fascinating insights into Overnewton Castle’s history and its significance during the Gold Rush era.
