Santa Marija Assunta Traditional & Cultural Maltese/Gozitan Village Festa

Celebrate this rich Maltese/Gozitan cultural and traditional heritage festa that includes a traditional procession parade with all the pageantry and paraphernalia, dinner dance, services, Maltese music, food and more.

Friday 15 to Sunday 17 August 6pm to 9pm

Friday 15 – 6.15pm onwards – service including MWF Philippine Choir followed by MMG Concert Band playing those cherished merry band and Marian Hymnal Marches in the hall. Everybody welcome.

Saturday 16 – 6.30pm onwards – annual dinner dance with entertainment from D.J. Dominic and “M.M.G. Concert Band of Vic playing those famous traditional merry and Marian marches, creating that unique atmosphere of the traditional Santa Marija village festa at Luxor Function Centre, 503-523 Sydenham Road, Sydenham.

Sunday 17 – Festa Day
2.00 pm – service with accompanying Choir is “The Philippine Eucharistic Choir”
3.45 pm – Weather permitting a Procession Parade will take place, accompanied by: “M.M.G. Concert Band of Vic. Inc” and “The Maltese Own Band Philharmonic Society Inc.” After the procession parade, a musical concert will be hosted at the hall by the two bands, followed by the” D.J Domenic ” Traditional Maltese Food & drinks will be available for sale.
