Harmony Hour : Community Sound Meditation

September 27, 2025

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Level 1/1 Station St, Taylors Lakes VIC 3038

Himalayan Sound Meditation is an ancient practice that brings awareness to the sound and vibrations around us. As these traditionally hand-crafted metal bowls are played gently, their sound and overtones resonate, and the mind naturally rests on the vibrations, allowing you to sink deeper into stillness. This is the foundation of sound meditation (sometimes called a sound bath) and is especially helpful for those who find traditional meditation technique challenging.

No prior meditation experience needed, just come as you are, with curiosity and open heart.

Take a pause from the busyness of life and try an immersive 60-minute sound meditation with Himalayan Singing Bowls designed to support you feeling deeply relaxed, grounded and refreshed.

Benefits of the singing bowls include:
– help to release stress and muscle tension
– improve sleep
– reduce anxiety
– clear stagnant energy
– help you feel more grounded and connected to your true self
