– Statement of Attainment in SITXFSA005 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety
You’ll learn:
– How to follow hygiene procedures and identify food hazards
– How to report any personal health issues
– Prevention food contamination
– Prevention of cross-contamination by washing hands
