Becoming less reliant on a single source of income, whether that’s a job or government funding, can also open up abundant creative and commercial opportunities for savvy creatives and arts organisations. Diversify Your Creative Income is an interactive workshop that discusses the various ways that creatives can make money, and includes practical exercises to help inspire and shape some new ideas.

Where to start? The breakdown of a Revenue Model that works for a range of activities.
Defining your Core, Complementary and Supplementary offerings.
Using a Skills Audit to help inspire new ideas and ways of thinking about making money.
The ‘Cheat Sheet’ – a collection of tried-and-true ideas including online sales, passive income, productifying a service, selling experiences, education, mentoring and more.
The Testing Process, and how to identify whether or not these ideas are actually “good”.
This workshop has been designed by creatives for creatives and includes practical activities.
