Dads Group are facilitating a Dad Connect online program, commencing Monday 6 July 2026 and delivered across 2 sessions.
Session 1: Parenting as Partners covers the mental load of early parenthood, perinatal mental health for both mums and dads, and practical tools to support your relationship through the transition to parenthood.
Session 2: The Dad Debrief, is a dads-only hour with other new fathers. It supports peer connection, mental health and practical skills to support new dads to show up differently at home.
