Brimbank Teachers’ Environment Network – Albion Primary School

May 19, 2025

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Albion Primary School, 81 Adelaide St, Albion
  • Wurundjeri Country

Are you a school or early learning centre educator passionate about the environment? Don’t miss the next Brimbank TEN (Teachers’ Environment Network) professional development session, where you’ll hear directly from the team at Albion Primary School—a school kicking serious sustainability goals!

Since joining the ResourceSmart Schools program in 2019, Albion Primary has transformed its approach to sustainability. From student-led Recycle Hubs and bottle cap murals to gardens, bee hotels, sustainability audits, and countless litter cleanups, their commitment is truly inspiring. In 2024, they proudly achieved 5-star status in the ResourceSmart School Awards and were previously named a finalist for Emerging School of the Year in 2022.

At this event, you’ll:

  • Learn about Albion Primary School’s award-winning sustainability journey
  • Gain practical ideas, tools and resources to bring back to your setting
  • Enjoy a short guided tour of the school
  • Network with like-minded educators from schools and early years services across Victoria

Who should attend:
Teachers and staff from schools and early learning centres in any council area—all are welcome!
